Business Systems Specialist

NON-EXEMPT

Remote position

The Business Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining software applications to support the credit union’s operations. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, troubleshooting application issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support, including troubleshooting, identifying opportunities, and providing effective communication, updates and statuses.
  • Support software applications, including Fiserv DNA, relating to configuration, troubleshooting
    and user access management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 1-3 years of experience working in IT support; Tier 2 support preferred; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
  • Must have 1-3 years' experience supporting and using Fiserv’s DNA.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using common and complex software applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Windows Operating System with the ability to skillfully use the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and database applications, as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly is necessary; requires general knowledge of network use and a high degree of desktop computing proficiency.
  • Must be able to work one or more evenings per month and be available for after-hours support
