Encompass Administrator

Encompass Administrator

Join our Mortgage team as a Encompass Administrator, serving as a subject matter expert for Encompass. This role involves providing technical support and developing end-user training for mortgage department technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, and a commitment to being an integral part of the mortgage lending team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily administration and support of the Encompass Software System including
    managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record
    types, and page layouts.
  • Provide mortgage LOS and core system training to users throughout the mortgage department
  • Participate in the design, testing and implementation of new products and/or services to expand credit union services and products

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two- year associate degree in management information systems or another related field preferred
  • Two or more years of financial industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Encompass administrator preferred
  • Expert level knowledge using Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High technical aptitude
  • Enjoys and comfortable with using mathematical, analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Basic project management and administrative skills
  • Overseeing implementation of system updates
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter
  • Willing to get certification in Encompass
